• For avoidance of doubt, ALL PRODUCTS in REKA shall be non-return/refundable unless the reason below:
      Common Return/Refund Reasons:
      • 1.1. 0001 – Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
      • 1.2. 0002 - Product Does Not Match Description (example material, colour & etc.) on Website.
      • 1.3. 0003 - The product was damaged or defective.
    • 2.1. Process for self-help return
      • 2.1.1. Sign into your REKA account.
      • 2.1.2. Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button. – Link to Customer Feedback Form
      • 2.1.3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
      • 2.1.4. Select pick-up service (choose the pick-up address and all the required information).
      • 2.1.5. The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of REKA return centre.
      • 2.1.6. We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
      2.2. Return with the help of customer service
      • 2.2.1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
      • 2.2.2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
      • 2.2.3. Drop off your package at the local post office or call the pickup logistic service provided by REKA
      • 2.2.4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account.
    • 3.1. Return Time & Order Status
      • 3.1.1. Returns must be postmarked within 7days after the date of delivery.
      • 3.1.2. Orders must be delivered.
      • 3.1.3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, REKA Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
      3.2. Unavailable Return
      • 3.2.1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been worn (removed product’s tag), damaged, washed, or altered in any way. The Return product shall be in the original brand packaging, including its instruction manual and accessories (if applicable).
      3.3. Regarding Mismatched Products
      • 3.3.1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of non-REKA Products.
      • ** REKA reserve the right to not to accept returns and send the Product back to you if the Product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition.
      3.4. Please Note: REKA reserves the right not to process returns in the following situations:
      • 3.4.1. Return Exceeds the return time limit
      • 3.4.2. Return Non-REKA Items
      • 3.4.3. Return items belong in the NON-Returnable category
      • 3.4.4. Return without application.
    • Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
    • 5.1. Refund method
      • The refund will be initiated to your original payment account per your request.
    • 5.2. Refund process time
      • 5.2.1. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours from REKA side upon receipt of your package.
      • 5.2.2. Refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 10-14 working days after REKA initiated).
      • 5.2.3. You must ensure that the refund details given by you are correct and complete. Any incomplete and/or incorrect entries will not be refunded.
    • ** REKA reserve the right to not refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit.
